Key Duties
- Managing / booking appointments
- Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Typing documents and reports
- Creating and maintaining filing system
- Other admin duties as and when required and assigned
- Arranging for execution, certification, apostil and legalization of documents
- Liaising with the clients and dealing with daily queries
- Coordinate office
Requirements
- Diploma in Secretarial studies or other relevant diploma
- 4+ years of previous experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to take on more responsibilities
